Refund Policy

Swift Cyber Code (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides professional digital services including website design and development, branding, graphic design, digital marketing, SEO, hosting, and related services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not apply.

By engaging our services or making a payment through https://swiftcybercode.com.au , you agree to this Refund Policy.


General Policy

Due to the nature of digital and customised services, all payments made to Swift Cyber Code are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Many of our services involve time-based work, planning, resource allocation, and intellectual effort that cannot be reversed once work has commenced.

Deposits & Upfront Payments

  • All deposits and upfront payments are non-refundable
  • Deposits secure project scheduling, resource allocation, and commencement of work
  • Once a project has started, refunds will not be issued for change of mind, delays, or unused services

Website Design & Development Services

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Website design or development once work has commenced
  • Partial completion or staged milestones
  • Delays caused by lack of content, feedback, approvals, or assets from the client
  • Change of mind after project approval
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective design preferences after agreed revisions have been provided

If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, all completed work remains payable.

Branding, Graphic Design & Creative Services

Due to their customised nature:

  • Logo design, branding, graphic design, UI/UX, animations, and creative services are non-refundable once concepts or drafts are delivered
  • Refunds will not be issued for creative preference disagreements

Revisions will be provided in accordance with the agreed scope, proposal, or contract.

Digital Marketing, SEO & Advertising Services

Refunds are not provided for:

  • SEO services
  • Social media management
  • Paid advertising setup or management
  • Content creation
  • Marketing retainers or monthly services once the billing period has commenced

Marketing results cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control.

Hosting, Domains & Third-Party Services

No refunds are available for:

  • Web hosting plans
  • Domain registrations
  • SSL certificates
  • Email hosting
  • Third-party licenses, plugins, themes, or subscriptions

Cancellations & Paused Projects

  • If a client chooses to pause or abandon a project, no refund will be issued
  • Projects inactive for more than 30 days may be considered closed
  • Reactivation of a paused or closed project may require additional fees

These services are billed upfront and paid to external providers and are therefore non-refundable.

Consumer Law Exceptions

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if services:

  • Are not delivered with due care and skill
  • Are substantially different from what was agreed
  • Cannot be reasonably fixed

In such cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Removal or disabling of delivered work
  • Additional administrative, recovery, or legal fees
