Services

Swift Cyber Code provides professional digital services including, but not limited to:

  • Website design and development
  • E-commerce solutions
  • Branding and graphic design
  • UI/UX design and animations
  • SEO and digital marketing
  • Hosting, maintenance, and support services

All services are provided based on the agreed proposal, scope of work, or written communication.

Quotes, Proposals & Scope

  • All quotes and proposals are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise
  • The scope of work is limited to what is explicitly outlined in the agreed proposal
  • Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately
  • Changes requested after approval may impact timelines and costs

Payments & Fees

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed payment schedule
  • Deposits or upfront payments are required before work commences
  • All prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise
  • Late payments may result in paused or suspended services

All payments are subject to our Refund Policy.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information, content, and assets in a timely manner
  • Review and provide feedback within reasonable timeframes
  • Ensure they have rights or licenses to all supplied content (text, images, logos, videos)
  • Approve work at milestone stages

Delays caused by the client may extend project timelines and may incur additional fees.

Revisions & Approvals

  • Revisions are limited to those outlined in the agreed scope
  • Approval of designs or content confirms acceptance
  • Once approved, further changes may be treated as new work

Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property remains the property of Swift Cyber Code until full payment is received
  • Upon final payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables is transferred to the client
  • We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing

Hosting, Third-Party Services & Content

We may use third-party providers for hosting, plugins, themes, analytics, or integrations.

  • We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused by third-party services
  • Third-party fees are non-refundable
  • Clients are responsible for ongoing renewal fees unless otherwise stated

Cancellations & Termination

  • Clients may cancel services by providing written notice
  • Payments already made are non-refundable as per our Refund Policy
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, breach of terms, or abusive behaviour

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Swift Cyber Code is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings, sales, or revenue
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where services fail to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy as required by law.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or commercial information shared during the project.

Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems
  • Copy or reuse website content without permission

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to its jurisdiction.
